Can I trade in multiple bikes at once?
Yes — most partners accept multiple bikes if they are in good condition and properly valued.

What if my bike isn’t listed in the Value Guide?
The shop can generate a custom quote using our valuation model.

Can I cancel after submitting my trade-in?
Yes, as long as the trade-in hasn’t been finalized in-store.

Why does my in-store value differ from the online estimate?
Shops inspect your bike’s condition in person, which can slightly adjust the value.

How long does the credit last?
Typically up to 12 months, though partner shops may set their own expiration policies.

Is the program available outside the U.S.?
Currently, the Trade-in Program is available only at authorized U.S. locations.

How long is my scorecard valuation good for?
Your scorecard Trade-in valuation is good for 7 days.
